They are very special women. Historically, many play key roles as:
 Family co-leaders or family leaders of both nuclear, and extended families  Joint or single breadwinners  Many as jugglers of the often difficult ball of meeting the needs of their husbands/male partners, while trying to meet their own personal needs, and  Key fighters, sometimes successfully and with our special salute, of The Glass Ceiling.
